1. If you wish to register as a user, you must agree to this Terms of Use and register from the user registration page in accordance with the prescribed procedures of App.
2. Company accepts your application for user registration, except in the following cases:
   • There is a false application in the registration details.
   • Your user status has been revoked in the past based on these terms.
   • Company deems the user to be inappropriate.

1. If there is any change in the name, affiliation, email address, or other information registered as user information (the "Registered Contents"), the user shall promptly apply from the registration contents change page according to the prescribed procedures of this application.
2. User can check their Registerd Contents at any time by themselves, and can also change or delete their registration.

If User falls under any of the following cases, Company may cancel the user registration without prior notice.

1. It is found that there is a false application in the User's registration details.
2. User uses user ID or password unauthorizedly.
3. Company deems that User falls under any of the items listed in Section 8 (Prohibited Actions).
4. Company deems the user to be inappropriate.

1. User shall use the e-mail address set at the time of user registration as the user ID.
2. User shall be responsible for the management of their user ID and password.
3. User shall be responsible for any damage caused by inappropriate management of the user ID and password, errors in use, or use by a third party.
4. User shall immediately notify Company if it is discovered that the user ID and password are being used illegally by a third party.

Company uses the User's personal information in accordance with the "Use of Personal Information" (https://www.ohnishi.co.jp/privacypolicy *Japanese page) set forth separately. User agrees to Company's use of the User's personal information in accordance with this policy.

1. App uses Cookie for the purpose of improving user convenience and optimal site display, etc. Cookie allows us to retain input values, etc. Cookie does not collect personal information from users.
2. When a user registers, User can choose whether or not to allow Cookie to be used by App. User can also change the acceptance or rejection of Cookie by changing your registration details after user registration.
3. Even if User do not allow Cookie to be used by App, Cookies which are essential for App to work are used.

Company may temporarily suspend all or part of App without prior notice in the event of any of the following events. Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of such suspension.

1. When system maintenance on servers and other equipment and facilities related to App on a regular or emergency basis is performed.
2. When the provision of App becomes impossible due to fire, power outage, earthquake, eruption, or other natural disaster, or interference by a third party.
3. When malfunction or failure of the server or other equipment or facilities related to the operation of App occurs.
4. When Company deems it necessary to temporarily discontinue App.

User shall not engage in the following acts when using App.

1. Disclosing your password to a third party
2. Using user IDs and passwords for illegal purposes
3. Actions that violate or may violate the copyrights, trade secrets, property, rights, profits, privacy, honor, or trust of Company or a third party
4. Use or provision of harmful computer programs, data or information, such as computer viruses, through or in connection with App
5. Actions that may be offensive to public order and morals
6. Actions that interfere or may interfere with the operation of App
7. Actions that violate or may violate laws and regulations
8. Other actions that Company deems inappropriate

1. When using App, depending on the various conditions of use, there may be cases where failures such as garbled characters, missing data, errors, interruptions, or unavailability may occur. Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by User as a result of such failures.
2. Although we have taken the utmost care in creating App, we do not guarantee the content of App or the information provided in its calculation results.
3. Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by User or any third party due to the use of App or its calculation results.
4. The contents of App are subject to change or deletion without notice. Company shall not be liable for any damage or disadvantage caused by these changes or deletions.

In the event that User causes damage to Company through fraudulent or improper means, the user shall be liable to compensate Company for the damage.

1. Company may change or revise the terms at any time at its discretion in the following cases:
   • The modification of the terms is in the general interest of User.
   • The change in the terms is not contrary to the purpose for which the user registered and is reasonable in light of the necessity of the change, the reasonableness of the content after the change, the content of the change, and other circumstances pertaining to the change.
2. In the event that Company amends the terms in accordance with the preceding paragraph, Company will post a notice on App at least two weeks prior to the effective date of the amended terms, stating that the terms will be amended, the content of the amended terms, and the date of the amendment. The terms shall be changed upon the effective date.

1. This Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. All disputes, including court mediation procedures, regarding App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
